Our Priority Service Program prioritizes all deficiencies into one of the following categories:
  • A - Requires Immediate Repair.
  • B- Should be repaired in the next 12 months.
  • C- Repair as necessary (doesn't affect the performance of the machine).
  •  
    Our inspection program follows the rigorous PerforMax inspection program developed by John Deere.
    PerforMax inspections increase machine performance while reducing critical downtime and enhancing the long-term value of your equipment.


    Program Overview

    Priority Program- Begins with a dealer-performed, technical, PerforMax inspection. Repair areas that are identified from the inspection are prioritized, reviewed with you, and an agreement is reached on which repairs shall be completed based on customer selection.
     
    Priority+ Program- Begins with a dealer-performed, technical, PerforMax inspection. Repair areas that are identified from the inspection are reviewed with the customer and an agreement is reached that the dealer will complete all identified repair areas based on dealer findings.
     
    The completion of repairs in categories A,B, & C also provides extended coverage that will eliminate any service call mileage or hauling charges regardless of the repairs required throughout the season of use.
    The Priority Service Program includes all John Deere agricultural equipment. Ask your 21st Century Equipment representative about pricing and multi-unit discounts. Other features of our inspection include:
     
  • Freight reimbursement available.*
  • Machine is washed as part of the inspection.
  • FREE Horsepower check on all PTO equipped tractors.
  • Engine Oil Scan, fluid sample testing of antifreeze, and hydraulic fluids is provided in all PerforMax inspections.
  • An optional round baler in-field start-up service is available during the first cutting season for just $100 with the completion of a PerformMax round baler inspection.

    * Freight reimbursement will be the lesser of actual freight cost or 25% of total workorder, whichever is smaller.

  • Priority Service Contracts are available to lock in prices, equipment, and scheduling.

  • Qualify for our current NO PAYMENT/ NO INTEREST Program on any invoice over $1,000 for all Farm Plan Preferred customers.
  • All new Farm Plan Preferred customers will receive a FREE machine detail.
  • Receive a 2% cash discount when invoice is paid immediately upon completion of repairs.

  • PRIORITY GUARANTEE

    The PerforMax Inspection program gives a 90-Day parts and service warranty on all dealer installed John Deere parts. Warranty is effective immediately for tractors and deferred until next use season on seasonal equipment. The 21st Century Equipment’s PRIORITY GUARANTEE will provide for those machines that complete all three categories of our Priority Plus program, the highest priority available, free mileage on service call, and same day service.
