| To assure total customer satisfaction with its products and its dealers, John Deere sends Customer Satisfaction Surveys to each customer shortly after they purchase new John Deere equipment. As an extra incentive for these customers to send these surveys in to John Deere, each person who responds is entered into a drawing for a $500 check. This months winner is Paul Just, retired Sports Information Director for WKU. Paul is the proud owner of a John Deere Lawn Tractor and is really glad that he filled out the questionnaire and returned it to John Deere. |

We served a free rib-eye lunch and everyone had the opportunity to ride-n-drive the newest John Deere equipment for Commercial Operators. We showed the John Deere Day Film, gave lots of door prizes, offered Parts and Service Specials and much, much more! There was lots of excitement! |

Hartland Equipment supports the Kentucky Cattleman's Association!
Hartland Equipment worked with the Kentucky Cattleman’s Association by helping with the John Deere UATV raffle. For their convention in Owensboro, we delivered the UATV along with an additional UATV for the booth. Sam Lawson, President/CEO of Hartland Equipment, had the honor of drawing the winner at the dinner during at the convention. The raffle raised $44,000 for the Association. Way to go! |
