The next revolution: STS bullet rotor technology
In 1999, John Deere revolutionized combine harvesting with the Single Tine- Separation (STS) system.
For 2006, John Deere is introducing the new STS Bullet Rotor, which uses a tapered, bullet-shaped front end and ‘rifled’ threshing elements to reduce rotor load and engine power requirements, and to improve the efficiency of the entire threshing and separating system.
