The new Hydra-Ram Manure Spreader is a unique design that utilizes hydraulic cylinders to push the load off as opposed to augers or apron chains. This machine has fewer moving parts, providing longer life and service.

To allow for even spreading, the Hydra-Ram has both a sliding floor and a moving front panel design that sets it apart from other hydraulic spreaders. Once the sliding floor is fully extended, the front panel moves back to unload the box completely.

Milestone: Manufacturer of Potato Planting and Harvesting Equipment

In 1961, Merthin Miles, Scott Brown and Owen Ward made a commitment to build a seed cutter they believed would change the potato industry. Through their energy and resources, along with hard work and many trials and tribulations, the Milestone Seed Cutter became a reality. The first product built by Milestone and the principal machine manufactured today has made Milestone one of the most outstanding potato handling equipment manufacturers in the world. Milestone's first big breakthrough was the 24-inch wide seed cutter which replaced the work of 20 men. Milestone hasn't looked back since. With increasing production needs, Milestone has expanded the capacity of its seed cutters. In 1990 we introduced the first 60-inch seed cutter that is capable of cutting 40,000 pounds of seed potatoes an hour, and in 2001 the 72-inch cutter, which has the capacity of cutting 55,000 pounds hour. Because they wanted to make sure your potato planting and harvesting needs were taken care of, Milestone has kept on diversifying its product line. That has meant over the years adding bigger and better cutters, sizers, conveyors, pilers, dusters and more. Besson Plows

One wheeled plough: ease of handling Single wheel ploughs for 130 - 250 horse power tractors are popular, because the lifting device of the tractor is less loaded than in the case of mounted ploughs and in comparison with the barrow system they are easier of handling. The cardan joint close fitting plough barrow provides the reversing angle more than 110 degrees. The reversing is performed by the lifting system of the control shaft, which provides the reversing without bumping in this way increasing the safety of the system. The regulation of the deport The regulation of the deport is performed by cardan joint or by such a working cylinder which is pushing the shaft on a rail. Having the wide scale of regulation the tractor drive can disengage the front plough bottom in the case of hard plough conditions. The profile The 180 x 180 mm reinforced bar has the special "Z" profile to bring the wheels closer to the mass center of the plough. Besides it improves the stability of the plough during the operation or transportation. In addition with the help of this system it becomes possible the usage of the wide wheels with big (> 1,10 m) diameter, which are advisable to use under hard working conditions. An articulated wheel As Grégoire-Besson specialization it is an articulated wheel operating with a patented system which makes the maneuvering at the end of the field easier. The models with big staff height and plough bottom distance The wide choice of the plough bottom distance (110 or 114 cm) and the staff height (73, 78 and 83 cm) provide good usage of these ploughs in every cultigen. SP9 : Mannually adjustment of working width The SP9 model adjusting of working width is performed manually in 5 positions (14, 16, 18, 20 and 22 inches). SPW9 : The optimalization of the tractor power The SPW9 type is equipped with the continuous working width adjusting system which operates the external double three-point mounted device. Adaptation to utilization of conditions As in the case with other types of Grégoire-Besson ploughs, the wide choice of wheels as well as the number of jointers and breasts provide the possibilities for better adaptation to the usage of the conditions.
